- Development of a forecast for process steps in line technology (such as planning, approval, civil engineering, and customer connection date), with the aim of improved production planning

- this was done under consideration of capacity planning as well as in comparison with target/plan figures

- Development of a dashboard to improve data quality in the systems of line technology (planning, civil engineering, cable traction)

- Harmonization and standardization of master data and other data to improve data quality
